We are incredibly thankful for the group of individuals that make up our Board of Directors. They give us leadership, mentorship, direction, and care. Each has been to Romania and is passionate about our mission.
We'd like you to meet David Wolf, our Vice Chairman of the Board. Dave Wolf and Andy Baker have formed a deep friendship over the last eighteen years serving together in Romania and Tanzania. When you hear Dave say "Andy" in his presentation this morning, the deeper context is the entire team that Andy has surrounded himself. Andy can be defined as the caring board that oversees RtC; the USA staff that helps complete the day to day operations; or the partners in Romania and Tanzania who serve the mission of RtC daily. But most importantly, "Andy" can be defined as the individual like yourself who gives sacrificially each month so that RtC is able to fulfill its mission.
Dave has some heartfelt words today, which Andy himself was blessed to hear. But I think he wraps up his presentation nicely with a prayer from St.Teresa of Avila. It has been a prayer that has become dear to the RtC leadership, and we hope it blesses you today.
