To all of you who made 2022 a remarkable year, I want to personally thank you. The war in Ukraine moved us into a new area of care and compassion, and you responded with the greatest generosity. Over 100,000 refugees were assisted because of your concern for what was happening a world away. Through your generosity 10 homes and a school to educate 550 children now stand ready to serve the needs of orphaned and impoverished children in the Tabora region of Tanzania. There is also a brand new church standing in the Muslim community of Miyega in Tanzania because of your generosity. Three new preschools educated 100 impoverished and orphaned children have started this past year in Tanzania. You welcomed new children into House of Hope in Romania. You have started two new after school programs in Romania for at risk youth. You have helped sustain many struggling churches each month throughout Romania.
As we stand together ready to enter 2023, there are still a few hours to leave an impactful gift to help us finish this year strong, and enter 2023 stronger. I am ready for 2023 to be the best year in the history of Remember the Children, and invite you one last time to pray with us and give as you are able as we close 2022. Happy New Year!
